Sick boy... Macros wif a 70-200 f4L and +4 filter

Been sick these two days... Flu... sigh... Oh wells, hands got itchy today so i decided to play with the cam.

Setup as follows:

EOS 300D with BG-E1
EF 70-200 f/4 L USM with Hoya +4 filter
Speedlite 550EX
